Tan Tao Group held the launching ceremony of An Khang Commercial Quarter of the E.City Tan Duc Project in Duc Hoa commune, Long An, August 21.
An Khang subdivision has a scale of 9.6 hectares, of which the product area is 4.6 hectares, providing 329 shophouse apartments with a construction density of 40%. This is the first subdivision deployed in the overall E.City Tan Duc 356 hectares, oriented to develop into an ecological urban area combining culture and education at the western gateway of Ho Chi Minh City.
The program gathered more than 200 customers and investors. At the event, guests can visit the field, directly access the project infrastructure. This is also the first time the investor has announced the planning information and sales policies of the subdivision.

According to Tan Tao Group, Shophouse in An Khang has a complete legal, customers after owning are built freely, according to the purpose of use. The investor is also deploying the rental department to connect the owner and tenants, increasing the efficiency of premises.
An Khang Commercial Street is considered a pioneering subdivision in the development strategy of E.City Tan Duc, opening the commercial street chain in the project. With the location located on the main traffic axis, the subdivision is oriented to become the central trade spot of the whole urban area.

E.City Tan Duc urban area is planned with three key values including: nature, culture and knowledge. The project integrates the utility system including schools, cultural works and commercial and service space. Transport infrastructure and internal landscape are gradually completed.
